This is a great question, and unfortunately, it’s not something that can be illustrated with our load calculator. At Juanitos Hauling, our pricing is all-inclusive, covering:
- Labor: We remove items from anywhere on your property, no matter the location.
- Travel & Transportation Costs: All necessary travel and transport of debris using our trailers or dumpsters.
- Disposal Fees: Fees for proper disposal are already included in our pricing.
- Sustainability Efforts: We make every effort to recycle, reuse, or donate as many items as possible to minimize waste and give back to the community.
If we are able to donate items on your behalf, Juanitos Hauling will send you a tax-deductible receipt so you can receive credit for your contribution.
You’ll be hard-pressed to find another company as committed as we are to recycling, reusing, or donating your unwanted items—and including it in the pricing! With Juanitos Hauling, you’re not just clearing your space; you’re also making a positive impact on the environment and your community.
Household Items
At Juanitos Hauling, we regularly remove basic household and office items. The pricing for these items differs from that of heavy materials, allowing us to offer a variety of price points to make our services as accurate and affordable as possible.
Our pricing is structured to start at a minimum charge and increases as the load size grows. This tiered approach ensures you only pay for the space your items occupy, keeping the service fair and cost-effective for every customer.

Single Line Items
Items such as cardio equipment, pool tables, cast iron tubs, and similar bulky or heavy items cannot be booked online. Our team will need to visit your site to assess the item and verify its size. Once we see the item, we’ll provide you with a free, no-obligation quote on the spot!
Heavy Materials
Examples of heavy materials include shingles, concrete, brick, dirt, and sod. These materials condense and become extremely heavy when loaded. Due to weight regulations and capacity limitations, we limit the removal of heavy materials to 5 cubic yards or less.

Please keep in mind:
- Discounts cannot be applied to our minimum-priced services. Our minimum pricing for junk removal, demolition, and labor-only services is already designed to give you the best possible value.
